vegetable-beef-soup



  • 1 stalk celery,chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cups water


How to Make It

  • Put everything in large slow cooker and cook on high
  • for 6 hours or on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  • Note: Some pots are 6 quarts, so you may have to reduce this recipe if you have a smaller pot.
