- 2 (8 ounce) boxes cream cheese
- 1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/2 lb fresh white cooked crabmeat flaked or diced
- 8-10 egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
How to Make It
- In food processor pulse cream cheese Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and green onions several times until mixed. Stir in crab meat.
- Lay one egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing towards you. Place about three rounded tablespoons in the center of each wrapper making a short horizontal lump . Bring the corner that is closest to you up and over and gently tuck it in. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a small amount of water to secure the tip of the wrapper. (If you don't know how to roll an egg roll it usually shows on the package with pictures).
- Heat oil in heavy stockpot or saucepan to 365 degrees. Fry them 2-3 at a time (depending on the size of your pan) for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow the heat to charge back up in between batches. Place on paper towels to drain. Serve warm.
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice (I use closer to 1.5 Tbsp)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes1
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth (I recommend reduced sodium)
- 3 Tablespoons heavy cream2
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If the chicken breasts are uneven in thickness, pound them down so they're all even. This way all the breasts will cook through similtaneously. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning once. You want the chicken nice and browned on the outside. (It doesn't have to be cooked all the way through yet.) Set chicken on a plate and cover tightly with foil until step 5.
- Remove skillet from heat and add the broth, lime juice, onion, cilantro, and red pepper. Return to heat. Cook and stir to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a boil. Allow to boil gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced to around 1/4 cup. (During this time you can steam some veggies to have on the side, like asparagus.) Reduce heat to medium-low, then add the cream and butter. Stir until butter has melted.
- Add chicken to the sauce and place the skillet in the preheated oven. Bake uncovered until the chicken is completely cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.
- Serve chicken with sauce spooned on top and any of the listed optional garnishes. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for a few days. Reheat to your liking.

- 7-11 lb. brisket, untrimmed
- 1-2 drops liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4-6 tablespoons McCormick Montreal Grill Mate Steak Seasoning .
How to Make It
- Trim brisket of excessive fat, but leave a nice layer for a wonderful flavor. Place brisket in a large roasting pan or in a ex large Ziploc bag. Pour liquid smoke over brisket and seal tightly. Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Remove brisket from the refrigerator and let set for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Season brisket with salt and sprinkle Grill Mate Steak Seasoning on top of the fat side covering all the way to the edges. Place brisket fat side up on a rack inside of a roaster pan and cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 3 1/2 to 8 hours depending on the size. Remove from oven and transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. Serve with barbecue sauce.
- I put this in the crockpot for 8-10 hours. We did NOT need bbq sauce!
- Note: Cook brisket 30-45 minutes times per the pound of the brisket. 7 lb. brisket will cook for 3 1/2 hours to 5 1/2 hours. At the end of the resting time, you can slice the brisket and put it back in a baking dish and pour barbecue sauce over it and bake an additional 30-40 minutes .
- 3 pounds chicken thigh ( boneless, skinless )
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 clove(s) garlic ( 3-5 cloves, crushed )
- 1 ginger root ( 2-3 slices, cut thin and lengthwise )
How to Make It
- This is the basic ratio for the sauce, you will just increase it depending on how much meat you are soaking. You want there to be enough marinade that you can stir the meat freely. If it's hard to stir, you need to add more sauce.
- Combine the water and soy sauce and then dissolve the sugar in the liquid. Add the desired amounts of ginger and garlic. Add the chicken. You can soak the meat in the marinade for up to 3 days but you want to soak it for at least 24 hours. You can also boil the chicken in the sauce right after you make it if you want to eat it sooner than later.
- After you have marinated the meat for a few days, you are ready to grill. Just cook the meat on the grill like you would any other meat. If you are cooking a lot, grill it on hot heat and then stick it in a put on the grill. Add a little fresh teriyaki sauce to the pot and it will steam the grilled chicken assuring the chicken ends up very tender and juicy.
- 1 large egg
- 2½ tablespoons mayonnaise (I like Hellman’s Real)
- 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard (I like Maille brand)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup finely diced celery (you’ll need one stalk)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It
- 1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- 2. Combine the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, salt, celery, and parsley in a large bowl and mix well. Add the crab meat (be sure to check the meat for any hard and sharp cartilage) and panko; gently fold mixture together until just combined, being careful not to shred the crab meat. Shape into 6 crab cakes (about ½ cup each) and place on prepared baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat a large nonstick pan to medium heat and coat with canola oil. When oil is hot, place crab cakes in pan and cook until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Be careful as oil may splatter. Serve immediately with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.

Then you need to add salt, next make sure to follow the package instructions to cook elbow macaroni till tender. Now after all that you need next to drain then transfer the macaroni noodles to the baking pan.
